SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES

The Hammoud Foundation Scholarship is designed to help students in the community to complete a degree in higher education, including but not limited to concentration in the areas of science, medicine and health care.
Amount: The maximum individual scholarship will be up to $5,000 and will be based on financial need and academic success.
Criteria:
A. Applicant shall be at least 17 years of age or older and be accepted to or attending a full-time program at an accredited institution of learning within the United States.
B. Applicant must be either a citizen of the United States or a foreign student with a valid United States Student Visa.
C. Applicant must have graduated or will graduate from high school.
D. Applicant must be enrolled or accepted at an undergraduate or graduate program.
E. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.8.
F. Awards will be a maximum of $5,000 per year and will be renewable upon maintenance of academic standards.
These awards are given to enable students in the community to complete a degree in higher education. With the generosity of the Hammoud family these scholarships are available to qualified applicants and are renewable.
